Industrial flooring system are defined by a combination of cured polymer layers that form to one system to suit the floor application. Three major segment of industrial flooring system includes the substrates (base layer) , underlayment (intermediate layer) and top coat (finishing layer). Find out more details of these floor categories in the sub webpages.

SUBSTRATE is subjected to a prepared concrete surface which free from laitance (dirt), min. compressive strength of 25N/mm2 , adhesive Pull-Off Strength of 1.5N/mm2 and contain less then 7% H2O of ground moisture.
UNDERLAYMET is an intermediate layer between substrate and top coat where this layer is required upon repairing, levelling and act as moisture barrier layer before applying top coat.
TOP COAT is subjected to finishing layer such as polyurethane (PU), epoxy, vinyl and others which have different number of layer depends on type of the system.
